Access the gated private parking under the building via access codes. Two parking spaces available and bike racks. Easy to unpack the car with elevators and luggage carts.

Within a few days of arrival, a door code (along with check in information) will be sent to you. This should also include the code to the storage closet.

We have provided booster seats and a pack n' play. There is also two tubs in the unit for baths.

Parties or social functions (i.e. reunions, receptions, etc.) with guests in attendance in numbers which exceed the stated maximum number of persons listed are specifically prohibited in without previous written authorization from Property Owners

Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, Dishes and Silverware, Microwave, Pots and Pans, Freezer, Range, Blender, Fridge, Griddle, Crock Pot, Kid-Friendly Kitchenware

This is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide  dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Unfortunately the building does not let pets for renters. A $500 fine WILL apply if any pet is found in the property.  In addition, the Property Owner reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation without refund for any property where an unauthorized pet is found.

STRICTLY NON-SMOKING! A $500.00 fee WILL apply for violation of this policy.

Parking on ground floor which has easy accessible elevator to each floor.

We live in SC and have visited many beaches in NC and SC. We fell in love with Hilton Head Island when we took our first trip years ago. We were so excited to buy our dream condo in Coligny / North Forest Beach. The natural beauty of the Island, the convenience of the location and the wonderful people make it a great place. 

We love to travel and prefer AirBNBs and similar services over hotels. Having a full kitchen and separate bedrooms is very convenient and makes our trips smoother. Houfy has created a great way to share our home away from home with others. We hope to host your next stay. Come to the island and relax while taking in all it has to offer.
